Welcome to Timeless Klicks. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of TimelessKlicks.com and your purchase, booking, or use of Timeless Klicks photo booth, 360 experience, and related event services.
By accessing our website, requesting a quote, submitting a booking, making a payment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If a separate proposal, invoice, booking agreement, or event contract contains terms that differ from these Terms, the terms of the signed event agreement will control for that booking.
Timeless Klicks provides event photography entertainment services, including traditional photo booth experiences, 360 video experiences, digital photo and video sharing, customized overlays, backdrops, attendants, and other event-related enhancements.
Specific services, equipment, event duration, pricing, and included features will be identified in your proposal, invoice, booking confirmation, or event agreement.
Submitting an inquiry or requesting a quote does not guarantee availability or reserve an event date.
Event dates are confirmed only after Timeless Klicks has accepted the booking and any required agreement, deposit, retainer, or payment has been completed.
Quotes are valid for the period stated on the proposal and may be subject to change after expiration.
Pricing, deposits, retainers, installment payments, and final payment deadlines will be identified in the applicable proposal, invoice, or event agreement.
Clients are responsible for ensuring payments are received by the stated due dates. Failure to make required payments may result in cancellation of the reservation or suspension of services.
Applicable taxes, processing fees, travel charges, parking expenses, venue fees, or other approved event-related charges may be added where applicable.
Booked service time begins and ends according to the times shown on the confirmed event agreement.
Unless otherwise stated, setup and breakdown time are not considered guest operating time.
Additional operating time may be available upon request and is subject to staff availability and the applicable additional-hour rate.
Delays caused by the client, venue, guests, event schedule, or circumstances outside Timeless Klicks’ control do not automatically extend the contracted service period.
Requests to change an event’s date, time, location, package, or services must be submitted to Timeless Klicks as soon as possible.
Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
A requested date change is not confirmed until Timeless Klicks provides written approval.
Cancellation and refund terms applicable to a specific event will be identified in the client’s booking agreement, proposal, or invoice.
Any deposit or retainer designated as non-refundable will remain non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
Payments for customized products, personalized graphics, printed materials, custom backdrops, or other items ordered specifically for an event may also be non-refundable once production has begun.
If Timeless Klicks is unable to perform a confirmed booking due to circumstances within our reasonable control, our liability will generally be limited to amounts paid for the affected services.
The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary venue approvals and ensuring adequate space is available for the selected equipment.
The event location must provide a reasonably safe, level, accessible, and suitable operating area. Appropriate electrical access must be available when required.
The client is responsible for informing Timeless Klicks in advance of stairs, elevators, restricted loading areas, long equipment carries, outdoor installations, limited parking, or other circumstances that may affect setup or breakdown.
Additional labor, parking, delivery, access, or setup charges may apply when special accommodations are required.
Outdoor services must be specifically approved by Timeless Klicks.
Photo booths, 360 platforms, electronic equipment, lighting, computers, cameras, and related equipment may not be operated in unsafe weather or environmental conditions.
Timeless Klicks reserves the right to suspend, relocate, delay, or discontinue operation when rain, wind, excessive heat, moisture, unstable surfaces, electrical hazards, or other conditions could create a safety risk or damage equipment.
Guests are expected to follow instructions provided by Timeless Klicks attendants.
Guests using a 360 platform must enter and exit carefully and avoid unsafe movements, jumping, overcrowding, pushing, or interfering with moving equipment.
Timeless Klicks may refuse participation to any individual when our attendant reasonably believes participation could create a safety risk.
Parents, guardians, or event organizers are responsible for supervising minors using our equipment.
The client is responsible for maintaining a safe environment for Timeless Klicks staff and equipment.
Timeless Klicks reserves the right to stop services temporarily or permanently if guests engage in threatening behavior, harassment, violence, intentional equipment misuse, excessive intoxication, or other conduct that creates an unsafe environment.
Stopping services for safety reasons caused by guest or event conduct does not automatically entitle the client to a refund.
Clients and guests must use Timeless Klicks equipment responsibly.
The client may be held responsible for damage caused by intentional misconduct, negligence, misuse, unauthorized movement of equipment, or actions of the client’s guests or vendors, to the extent permitted by law.
Normal wear and tear is excluded.
Photo booth and 360 experiences may create photographs, videos, GIFs, boomerangs, or other digital media.
Guests may be able to send media to themselves using SMS, email, QR codes, or other electronic delivery methods.
While Timeless Klicks uses commercially reasonable technology and procedures, we cannot guarantee that every image or video will be captured, transmitted, stored, or preserved successfully. Technology, internet connectivity, guest devices, third-party applications, or equipment can occasionally experience interruptions.
Clients and guests should download and preserve any media they wish to retain.
Timeless Klicks will not automatically claim ownership of a guest’s likeness.
However, photographs or videos captured at events may be used by Timeless Klicks for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, or promotional purposes when authorized by the client, guest, event agreement, media release, or other applicable permission.
Clients who require an event to remain completely private should notify Timeless Klicks in writing before the event.
Custom photo overlays, graphics, branded screens, animations, backdrops, and related creative materials may require client approval before the event.
The client is responsible for reviewing names, dates, spelling, logos, colors, and other information before approving the final design.
Timeless Klicks is not responsible for errors contained in materials that were approved by the client before production or event use.
Clients represent that they have the right or authorization to provide any logos, photographs, artwork, trademarks, music, graphics, or other materials supplied to Timeless Klicks.
The client is responsible for claims arising from unauthorized use of client-supplied materials.
The Timeless Klicks name, logo, branding, website design, graphics, promotional materials, and original business content are owned by or licensed to Timeless Klicks and may not be reproduced, copied, modified, or commercially used without permission.
Client-owned event photographs and authorized client-supplied materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
Guests who voluntarily enter a phone number or email address into a Timeless Klicks system authorize electronic delivery of the requested photo, video, or event content.
Message and data rates may apply.
Providing contact information for media delivery does not automatically enroll a guest in recurring marketing messages unless separate consent is obtained.
Timeless Klicks may use third-party platforms for photo booth software, video processing, SMS delivery, email delivery, payment processing, hosting, cloud storage, booking, or other business functions.
Timeless Klicks is not responsible for temporary interruptions, outages, delays, or failures caused exclusively by third-party systems outside our reasonable control.
Timeless Klicks will not be liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, fire, governmental restrictions, transportation disruptions, widespread power or internet outages, venue closures, civil emergencies, or similar events.
When reasonably possible, we will work with the client to determine an appropriate alternative, rescheduling option, or other resolution.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Timeless Klicks’ total liability arising from a specific booking will not exceed the amount actually paid to Timeless Klicks for the services giving rise to the claim.
Timeless Klicks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of our website or event services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
You agree not to misuse TimelessKlicks.com, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality, distribute malicious software, scrape protected content, impersonate another person, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Website information, pricing, packages, availability, photographs, and service descriptions may be updated at any time.
Personal information collected through our website, booking process, photo booth systems, or services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Use of Timeless Klicks services constitutes acknowledgment of that policy.
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute will be handled in an appropriate court with jurisdiction unless the parties agree to another dispute-resolution process in writing.
Timeless Klicks may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.
The version posted on TimelessKlicks.com with the most recent effective date will apply to website use. Existing event bookings remain subject to the contractual terms applicable when the booking was confirmed unless otherwise agreed.
